It seems like it at least. This is Panda, she lives across the street from us. But she is Ashlee's "very best friend" and she comes over to play sometimes. Ashlee loves to shout out "Hi Panda" whenever we see her, and she bolts across the street anytime her owners let her. It's fun. We get all the perks of having a dog without actually owning a dog. :)

great idea - i hope then, one of our neighbors has a dog (one that won't go poo in our yard)
